What does it mean "You have not been granted access to the bundle"?

Whoever owns the bundle gets control of which accounts have access to it. The bundle owner has not granted your account id access to it.

it's not a defect if someone else owns the bundle and wants to control access to it

I'm talking about managed bundles i.e Electronic Bank Payments. Installing someone else's bundle is too obvious

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you, @Merk - we manage multiple "managed bundles" and require the ability to restrict the ability to install our bundles to specific accounts. It isn't just NetSuite that use those.

You will have to contact support if it is owned by Netsuite. I've seen this several times personally. Sometimes they are free and sometimes support will defer to your Netsuite account manager. Hope that helps.
