Does anyone use the ABSI plug-in? I am able to connect to the bank's SFTP server, but the NetSuite server is dropping the connection before any bank statement files can be pulled into NetSuite. I have a support ticket open with NetSuite support but not much progress in identifying the root cause of the problem. Thanks!

Yes, we use it. Are you seeing any errors? We had some problems with our bank early on because their SFTP server security didn't meet the minimum requirements for NetSuite. So, we ended up moving the process over to our own SFTP server.

I should clarify we are not yet in production with ABSI. The SFTP connection is set up between our NetSuite sandbox and the bank's production SFTP server. We are getting 2 different error messages.

Do you mind sharing what your file name pattern is? The first error indicates that it just cannot match a file with that pattern. The second seems like it could be more of a temporary issue.
