Did your DKIM setup fail? also - who's the author on the email
e
Not sure what DKIM is 🤷 The author was one of our employees. (Though it's happening to multiple employees) They clicked "Save and Email" after creating an Estimate and they got that email above
c
is it always the same customer domain that is being emailed, or multiple?
e
Good question. From the emails that staff has forwarded to me, it appears to be the same 3 customer domains that it's happening on
k
When you get emails does the sender read as "Sent Via System.NetSuite.Com" or does it just show the employee's name?
e
Just the employees name
Just created an estimate for myself and "save and email" and it worked fine. I'm wondering if the customer domains are part of the issue
c
might be a o365 blip
e
Sounds above my paygrade lol
c
if you open a support ticket they can look at email headers etc and advise you further
e
Appreciate your help @CD @KevinJ of Kansas
In case anyone runs into this issue - NetSuite told me that there is a 3rd party spam blocker called "Proof Point" that has marked NetSuite as spam, so any companies using that spam blocker are having NS emails blocked. NetSuite is working to get removed from the spam list.
