I don't think so. Is your project applicable to two or more subsidiaries? That's our case. We have a custom record that serves as the master record for the individual projects per subsidiary.

If you enable the Intercompany Time and Expense feature 1 project record can be used by all subsidiaries for logging time and expenses. Also for Purchases there is a bug where you can select any project in the Ship To field of the PO (regardless of subsidiary) and it will source to every line on the PO Does that meet your use case?
