Is there a way to allow non-admins to see emails sent via saved search?

If I understand rightly, yes, we have a saved search for our credit control team to view sent emails. It was fiddly at first but its working with expressions. Specified the roles and employees.

For some reason, it is only showing emails from subordinates.
