I created a saved search alert to detect duplicate POs (see pics below). But nothing is sent even if the Send Email Alerts is checked and there's a recipient. Any problem with this?

"Undelivered Emails Saved Search" and "Enabling Saved Search Email Alerts" search this in help center. These topics can help. Hope it helps. Just checked what are you missing. If nothing works try to change the recipient mail id.

I think the issue might be that both orders are not 'created' at that same time. Can you schedule this?

Just to confirm, I can only schedule it as frequent as once a day, right? The problem with that is our turnover is quite fast. In less than 4 hrs, the SO may be already shipped.

but you could schedule 24/48 searches every 60/30 minutes or, a simple script to run the search and email results every 15 minutes. You could also have it as a Reminder on Dashboards
