Does anyone know if there's a chat feature in NetSuite? so we could chat other logged in users within netsuite.

It looks like SuiteSocial is being retired. It wasn't an amazing product anyway. It looks like Blue Banyan has a product called bluChat. I've never seen it, but you can book a demo here: https://blubanyan.com/bluchat/
