Hi everyone... In your professional experience, what is the shortest term of a contract with NetSuite? Ours is 5 years... Are all the same?

1-3 years is typical. Usually one year is the shortest term. Although I'm sure everything is negotiable though if you're flexible enough on pricing and whatnot.

Longer term will give you the best discounts, if you do one year terms they will uplift you every year
