We have acquired a new subsidiary that is located in a different country. We have reached subsidiary country limit. Will there be an issue if we use a different country instead of the actual one? I'm guessing that will impact the Nexuses but if we are going to use Avalara, will that matter? What are the other implications of this? Thank you.

if you reached your subsidiary count limit it will not enable you to create an additional sub no matter what country.

We reached the subsidiary country limit not the count limit though. Anyway, we just decided to do it the right way by purchasing more licenses
