Has anyone successfully saved an Inbound Shipment CSV mapping? We keep getting the Saving CSV import failed error.

Here is my mapping. I tried using a different CSV file but no luck. However, I am able to run it successfully.

Hmm not sure, I'm not setting all those fields on mine though. Maybe try removing a bunch of mapped fields to see what works?

Still not working. I almost removed everything. Can you share yours if possible? I'm planning to try to imitate that and if it still throws an error, I'll contact NS. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I can't help but notice that you have custom records. If you don't mind, what does the Create Ownership Transfer and Estimated Landed Cost do?

those are custom fields
create ownership transfer triggers a workflow action script that generates the ownership transfer for the inbound shpment
estimated landed cost automatically applies the amount evenly on the landed cost sublist

We are looking for ways to improve the inbound shipment process as well. May I know why do you need the OT from WAS on top of the native one?
Interestingly, I just called NS and they told me that the ability to save a mapping for inbound shipment is logged as a defect. Seems like there is an exception. Lucky you. Lol

yeah i guess i lucked out? i've been able to save one just the other day though too - it was an update CSV import, however
i will say - the import to create them didn't really work for us anyway, since what we really needed was to identify specific PO lines and put them onto an Inbound Shipment, which you can't really do via CSV

We have filed the following defect on your behalf. Defect 570431 : Inbound Shipment CSV Import: Saving CSV Import Fails Alternate Solution: The urgency level assigned to your defect is U6. Your Defect will be considered as a candidate for a Future major release.

@al3xicon Can I ask how your workflow to generate ownership transfer is set up? I can't seem to finds that option when I create an Inbound Shipment workflow
