04/27/2021, 4:07 PMDoes anyone encounter a problem on showing the save and email button? We tried displaying it both in menu and button option but none of them are displaying. We also confirmed that we show the communication tab and the workflow/scripts are not hiding them either

04/27/2021, 4:34 PMActually, I just found even though the communication tab is visible, the message sublist under the tab is still hidden. Once the message sublist is set to visible, the button actually comes up!
