I need to separate and calculate all "recurring" and all "capex" items on the estimate. I've got really far and it all works via saved search. But I noticed my amounts are not matching, so I started deconstructing that saved search and found that it is happening on all estimates. Item line has the total of 4500 USD, but saved search tells me it is 4387.07 USD This is the same for each line item. One thing I confirmed that this always equals to 97.49% of the value in amount field. How is this even possible? Anyone with some clue?

You will need to post your formula for your calculation.

I actually don't do anything with the data. Just trying to read the amount from the item line: My Saved search criteria are in the screenshot. Last filter is the one that separates capex: Unit type is not month (all month items are recurring) Results only generates Amount

i can see you have removed tax lines. what is the tax schedule on these items? can you also include Amount (Tax) on your saved search to assist with understanding. Is the Total on your Estimate inc Tax?

Could be something to do with consolidated exchange rates - try setting it to none

I have included Amount (Tax) now but that doesn't really help. In general I doubt this is related to taxes. I looked at some other entries: Item rate/amount on the SO: 945 USD, Tax is 5% = 47.25 Amount in the Search: 944.49, Amount (Tax) = 47.22
@Jono Spot on! I have no clue how it is applied there, but I can recognize 0.9749 Do you have any idea how this can be disabled in that search? Big thanks already anyway
Amazing! I foudn the field to display it correctly: Amount (Foreign Currency). I think I'm getting the logic there. Basically the saved seach displays the values in a way how the top "consolidation" entity sees them. Thank you both @Jono and @Netsuite Tragic

Alternatively - there is the option on the search settings to set it to none as well

Interesting, that may fix my next issue - to also properly display tax items
