We are noticing our emails are getting blocked coming out of NetSuite. Any ideas how I fix this with NetSuite?? Our IT team responded with this: Hi Erica, Looks like an IP that NetSuite is using has been marked as spam. Here is the alert we are seeing: "This message came from an IP on the Spamcop DNS-based Blocking List" You will need to reach out to them so they can get it removed. I'll keep this open in case you need any more assistance from our end.

Do you have dkim and dmarc configured?
If you already have that, then you might need to set up SPF too

I know at the very least we have DKIM set up, because I remember going through a hassle with that.

You aren't fully Dkim compliant unless your server has a basic dmarc configured
So NetSuite will properly spoof your emails, but many back end processes treat you a though you aren't... So sometimes NS spam blocks you on their end, sometimes email servers treat it as spam
