Hey everyone, has anyone been successful in fighting Netsuite's required tier upgrade? I have a client up for renewal and Netsuite is really sticking it to them (like 50% increase), but I don't know if there is any alternative

Anything you can do to bring the offending tier violation in line?

Hey @KevinJ of Kansas They really don't help us to understand what is counted, but they are way over. Even if we tried to do something to limit the transactions, it wouldn't be done by June which is when the renewal is up. Is that the only way out of it?

It's the only way that I am aware of - they gave notice like 6 months ago or longer that they were going to start enforcing this.
