Hi everyone, has anyone ever come across this error message when importing bank statement? One user can import and another cannot even though both using same role?

any department restrictions on the folders? or restrictions/differences on their Employee record

@Netsuite Tragic no difference on employee record... which folders would I be looking at for department restrictions?
