In the General Ledger report (Reports > Financial > General Ledger), you get a link that says "Alert me when ready" on the initial screen, like in the image below. But after clearing chrome cache, that link is gone. Anyone encountered that issue before?

I would start by reviewing the criteria. Sometimes the criteria don’t need to be as broad. Reduce you results so the UI can run to display it. If it’s needed in full then suggest you ‘schedule’ it to email to the user.
