Has anyone created an item filter option on a transaction that filters based on a field change on the transaction?

imo unless your item filter is form based it's probably not possible at least not intuitively unless through heavy customisation

Yeah, I don't think this can be done outside of separate forms. Has to be a join that's useable on an item search (i.e. User/Item fields)
