When import the Shipping Addresses on Sales Orders into NetSuite, we just enter the Address 1, Addressee and Zip code in the CSV file. (All addresses are in US and USA is hardcoded in the country field.) We noticed that sometimes NS automatically populates the City and State based on the Zip code in the CSV file. Sometimes, it doesn't even if we have the correct ZIP code. Did anyone encounter the same? Thank you!
