Any order management experts? I have a few questions about Available to Promise. Looks like I cannot access the check item availability in RP environment. However, Demand planning is on also, and the expected ship date field is greyed out. Available to Promise says I can check both fields, but I am afraid neither show the check item availability page, nor can I access it through search or transactions > order management. Need some advice here please?
