Good afternoon, We have been acquired by another company. Besides exporting our transactions to store this info on a data warehouse, I was wondering is there is a way to extract the linked emails on the "Communications" tab for audit purposes and also export the PDF files for some of the transactions. • Do any of you have experience with that? • Does Netsuite offers anything to help with this? I guess the worse case scenario will be to keep our NS instance in read-only mode, but I was wondering what other companies have done. Thank you,

Hi @mescalante you can create a saved search of email messages and their related transactions actions, and then you can download it as a spreadsheet. That would take care of extracting the linked email messages. I would be happy to send you example saved search criteria if you like. For the PDFs files, I’m not aware of a native way to export them if they have not already been printed and attached to the transactions or saved in the file cabinet. However you could have a simple script that goes through and prints the transaction PDFs and saves them in the file cabinet to be exported.
