has anyone ever had an issue where the Gross weight shown is 9612.56 and the Net Weight is 9645.63. How can the Gross weight be lighter? Could this be human error? I looked into it and I know that Gross weight adds the packing materials and more. Any ideas on how these numbers could be switched?
