04/14/2023, 5:39 PMsomething similar has happened to me but on activation, it might be another map/reduce executing that is taking long, the map/reduce activation it's waiting but failed after an hour. I'm not completely sure if a map/reduce is involve in the deployment process. Worth checking if you have a new extension management tool installed, download it and install dependencies again with the right node.js version.
