We are trying to cancel a sales order, but getting an error that it can only be cancelled without shipped fulfillments - The problem is that the sales order has no linked item fulfillments? Anyone have any suggestions?

No, it was generated and left in pending approval with a customer deposit. The deposit has ben refunded. So, the only linked record is a customer deposit.

What kinds of items on the sales order?

We are also having the same issue now, 2 instances where there is only a customer deposit. It seems NetSuite now thinks customer deposits are fulfillments.

Hi Matt, make sure all the line items have quantity and then click "close" on the line items to close out each line item. Doing this will close the Sales Order.
