Is there a way for a user to see all his emails?

I'll assume you dont want to give the user access to view his own employee record? That will be the easiest way, under the Communication tab in the employee record. Otherwise, a saved Message search with criteria Author = {the user} (or Mine, if you want him to run the search locally) should do the trick
