For *Avalara Certcapture users*– is anyone using the "Add Exemption" button on the Netsuite customer record to email the customer a request for their exemption certificate? I'm trying to figure out how to get that button to email a customized certcapture email template. It seems to only send the standard certcapture email.

Yes i use that button.  I dont think there is a way to select the template so i just customized the default to work.

one note,  I noticed recently using this button no longer defines the customers exposure zone. so the customer has to set the zone them self when filling out the paper work.
