Hi, had anybody have this problem before ? I have Item with 1 quantity Available, and 1 Sales Order, but somehow the Available quantity is not committed to the Sales Order Location is the same, Commit column in Sales Order is set to = Available Qty Need help / suggestion thanks

Do you have an Inventory Location set on the SO line? required if you are using multilocation fulfillment

No we only have 1 Location in the Body of the SO, not the line item

are you using multi-location fulfilment and very specifically on your SO is there an "Inventory Location" field not just 'Location'?

we don't have inventory location on item field, we do have inventory detail only
