Has anyone integrated Netsuite and Zoom chat/SMS - we are looking to notify Netsuite Employees through zoom when a new case is created

You have to jump through a few hoops with the Zoom API but you can get it to work natively within NetSuite. This is a scripted solution, not sure if there is anything off the shelf.
