I'd suggest scripting a search with specific filters to pull all the deposits you want to get rid of and then inactivate them / process them.

03/12/2021, 7:24 AMI’m going to say it’s a journal with AR account and the customers at line level. The payment then gets applied to that journal. I’m assuming you aren’t want to refund it to the customers

03/12/2021, 3:13 PMI was going to try that yesterday. I debited the AR account and credited a customer deposit account, but the JE would not show up under the customers profile when I went to "accept" a payment. Should I be crediting a different account?
