Hi I just wondered if an online form sent out to a customer could link back to an opportunity or if its strictly entity/customer forms and fields? If the values they enter against a field could populate a specific opportunity form or if this would have to be manually updated from by a user? We currently send a PDF form out and update manually it so just looking into if an online form is an option. Thanks! 🙂

I've done similar using a Custom Record which can have its own online form. Once you have that customer record, you can use that data to update your specific opportunity.
