03/10/2021, 11:57 PMour data-warehouse refreshes hourly and creates a separate copy of all your NetSuite data...so you can always access it whether NetSuite is up or down.

03/11/2021, 12:05 AMWe pull data on a schedule. So let's say we pulled data at 3pm PST (because we pull data hourly) - that would mean your warehouse would have data as of 3pm PST. So, if NetSuite goes down at 3:15pm PST, your data is as current as 3pm PST.
