I mean, that's really morbid. That said - part of my role when working with clients as an architect is to help them identify where the gaps/issues can be - and what features we should consider when customizing NetSuite. I don't tend to let my developers directly interact with the client until I'm confident on the requirements because I need to come up with the requirements independently of the developer first.
