Has anyone figured out how to edit the "Role" field on the contact record of a customer? It seems its only available on creation but not edit. Don't see it on import, mass update or as a source option for a custom record.
Update: Found it for csv import under record type "customers and contacts together" but would still like to know how to make this easier to access outside of csv imports.

You add these under Setup->Sales->CRM Lists. I'm assuming you have Administrator access or a role with the access to add to CRM Lists

@Patrick Olson We have this already but "Role" isn't showing up when editing the contact. It's also not available in the form under fields.
Solved: Update Primary is how you edit this. NetSuite put in an enhancement to include it on the regular edit form as well.
