03/04/2021, 1:54 PMUsing SuitePeople... how do you properly terminate an employee? so the license count does not count against that user.
Currently we have major issues with NetSuite and discrepancies in our license count, they are trying to bill us for X amount of licenses while our reports only show Y.

03/04/2021, 2:05 PMThe other thing to keep in mind is that the new tiers also have transaction thresholds, so if you've hit one of those you will be billed for extra users (what with the thresholds being one or the other, users/transaction lines per month). See suiteanswer 79549
