I created some custom segments, which appear on the Invoice header and on JE lines (on a custom form). I created a workflow to set the custom form when running Rev Rec JEs. These segments automatically flow to JE lines from the Invoice header when I run the process, and it creates multiple JEs based on the segmentation. When one of my users runs the process however, it only creates one JE and the segmentation works for some fields, not others. Any thoughts on this?

are custom segments GL impacting?

Sorry, resolved. It was permissions on the custom segments.

note that custom segments are essentially a custom record thus the permission.
