This is a little out of scope for this channel, but I'm hoping someone may know the answer in here. I created some custom segments, which appear on the Invoice header and on JE lines (on a custom form). I created a workflow to set the custom form when running Rev Rec JEs. These segments automatically flow to JE lines from the Invoice header when I run the process, and it creates multiple JEs based on the segmentation. When one of my users runs the process however, it only creates one JE and the segmentation works for some fields, not others. Any thoughts on this?

what role is person X? if not admin, make them admin real quick and test again, if it works as them when an admin, then look at permissions on various custom config elements.
also reverse that, give yourself their role and see if you get the same behavior as them or if it still works for you

Could be trigger-related. Which “process” were you referring to? Can you walk us through the navigational path?

They've actually served me pretty well in the last year. SuiteAnswers has also improved considerably

heh, I think my issue with them is I've already checked the obvious stuff myself, and asked around colleagues etc. so the only stuff I reach out to them with is annoyingly weird problems, so their hit rate is about 5%, and they waste a bunch of my time having me redo things I've already ruled out.
