any ideas how to fix that? or what is going on here?

my guess is that netsuite thinks you arent done trying to add an item

switch to the items sublist and click cancel on the current line

ok I'll try but most of our fiddling around hasn't let us save it

id make sure all scripts and workflows for the vendor bill are disabled before trying support

existing netsuite issue I believe, where in some records it will continue to ask to add item or other records

are you able to cancel the new line or exit the error?

worked it out, you have to click on the "Items 0.00" link in that image, then click cancel

it's a ghost item on the Item section rater than expenses section

do you have a link to a bug report or anything about that?

I guess i should have been more explicit about switching to the items sublist over the expense sublist

there is an existing defect for this. Report it to NetSuite and open a support ticket, they'll add your case to the defect
