Hi All, I asked for warehouse transfer invoice, and I have an issue, which it is repeating items for twice with negative and positive quantity. anyone have an advice to solve this issue ?

An inventory transfer simultaneously reduces stock from one location and receives stock in another location, hence the double entry. It isn't duplicated, its accurate. In order to signify only the positive, you will have to specify.

I believe there is a criterion called something like transaction line type
