I asked that question before but let me ask again. I have a SO with 5 items, they are quite small. I put 3 items in one box and ship it on monday through Fedex then I put the last 2 items in another box and ship it on friday with Fedex. The following the VP called and ask, what items did you put on Monday ? Where is this information in Netsuite ?

The info of individual shipments will be on the respective IF.

There is also a packaging tab on the item fulfillment that potentially could be getting filled up by fulfillment team.
