Hi All - Banking/Accounting related question here: Does anyone know how do we get the proper BAI2 file format from Chase bank, and the 2nd step is how to configure our Bank Format Profile so it can read the information properly. Has anyone done this bank statement upload process and setup (even better if you have Chase bank)?

two things: first, make sure your Banking information is filled in on the Bank Account page (the 02 / 03 numbers, which you can find in the BAI2 file itself), and second, the file name of the imported BAI2 file has to be under 50 characters.
