Hi everyone! I have a Customer Service Rep that is not able to view any transaction from Friday to today. Checked all preferences and they are the same. Even logged into another computer to try, still the same. This is only 1 person, as others are able to view all this information, so it is not the role. Has anyone had this problem before, and what can I do to fix it?
d
When you say any transactions, do you mean all types (ie. sales orders, fulfilments, POs, etc) or are you referring to a specific view, ie. sales orders? If it's the latter, have you checked for a customised view/collapsed filters?
m
All transactions on the transaction list under the customer profile. I changed views and sti the same.
Still the same.
d
Is there a value in the type field? Either way, I'd try pulling the dropdown and explicitly setting the -All- value
m
This happens even on a transaction saved search. Only for this person, no one else. Changing the view type or field type has not helped.
k
Cleared cache?
m
yes
d
I'd check the user account Access tab > Global permissions in that case (especially transaction detail). The history tab in the same area may give clues.
Also, hover over the home icon, select preferences and check there's nothing amiss in Restrict View
k
I'd also check to see if someone checked the "Sales Rep" box on the employee record recently.
m
only support rep is checked
No global permissions on the user account
I did a side by side comparison with another user, and all is the same.
k
Can you remove access and grant it back? This will blow out all their preferences for what it's worth.
m
Did that, still the same.
k
Sounds like you're calling NetSuite then unfortunately. I can't think of anything else simple to check.
m
At first I thought it was a computer setting. However after using a different computer and all the testing, it is still the same, so it is most likely not the computer.
k
No - it's probably not the computer.
m
I am contacting Support. Maybe they can help
Thanks
k
I'd definitely be careful to phrase it as a defect - otherwise they will try to deflect it as a "how to"
m
Thanks, I will do that.

@Mike Hagan I’m a bit late to help can you find the recent transactions in global search for this user? What are the filters on the transaction search. Maybe change the View back to default for sanity check
m
Thanks, I have changed the view several times and it still does not show the recent transactions.
