Hi Everyone, I want to show the item which is bought mostly which has highest buying, I'm doing that using Item saved search and using sum of no of bills for the item but I'm unable to do it!! can you please give me any advice how to create a saved search and what formula I can apply to find sum of bills for an item so I can sort it by descending order and get the result!

You’re not clear - Do you want the most number of a item sold, the item that appears on the most invoices, or the item with largest total sale value?

I want to show top 5 items which are bought mostly/max number of times

i am no closer to guessing what your filters or columns are

@Nilesh Patil try the standard report Sales by Item Summary then maybe you can explain what it is you want to show.
