Hi all. I have created a saved search to use as a list view for our custom roles, so that when they go to the list of expense reports, they can only see their own. However, I can only see an option under Roles to assign this list view to all of Transactions. I do not want to assign a restricted list views to ALL of transactions, just for Expense Reports, so that they can still choose list views when they are viewing list of transactions like Invoices and Bills. What am I missing here?

HI mike. You think you need to add a criteria for “Created by” and set it to “Mine”?

Hi @Michael McNamara. Yes i am good with the actual saved search itself. It's how to enforce that saved search as a list view on Expense Reports but NOT for other transactions (ie: bills or invoices). Any ideas?

Well, the “Available as List View” checkbox says you can assign this search to list view of this type of record. Did your search specify the type of record such as expense report. That’s all I got. I was just wondering why your search would bring up anything other than expense reports?
