when importing Vendor records, is it possible to include in the csv file the Overriden address? ex. I will include an Attention and Addressee value in the vendor but in the overridden I want to remove that. I can do that in the UI but in CSV import is that possible

Would it be possible you can tidy the data and import it to the Address fields and leave behind all of that bad data practice?

Hmm the issue actually is in the Purchase Order printout, the Shipping Address includes both the Addressee and Attention entered in the vendor address record. The client wants to retain those two values in the vendor record but in the shipping address in the PO, it shouldn't be there. In the Advanced pdf, the address box is only one field so it captures everything. Overriding it in the UI is simple we can just delete the attention and addresee lines while maintaining their values in their fields but doing it for all vendors isn't practical so I was thinking in the import itself it's already overriden to be like that

All I can think is first principles. Fix the data at the source. Get the Vendor record right for future and accept some poor format on old POs knowing future POs will be formatted correctly.
