Hi There, Is it possible to add one level approval process on Credit memo? So that once credit memo approved then only its GL Impact should be posted. if reject then GL Impact should be non-posting.?

No way to do that currently. Best you can do is start with a Return Authorization (which does allow approval processes) and not convert to a CM until the RA is approved.
