Good afternoon everyone. I have an issue where an employee record is routing emails to the wrong domain address(everything after the @ symbol) when using the Mail Merge feature. The only clue I can think of that might be causing this is that the employee record use to belong to another employee that had a different domain address. I am curious if anyone can confirm that changing email addresses on an employee record can cause these Mail Merge issues? If so, what is the best course of action?
