Hi, is there a bundle that supports India Localization without using SuiteTax?

I've seen one client that has a subsidiary in india that is using the bundle Inspirria Indian Tax 2017. Not sure if it requires SuiteTax or not...

Yeah, that's also my concern because enabling SuiteTax requires uninstallation of other suiteapp tax bundle in the account.
