04/04/2023, 5:13 PMThe only option there is to only use Non-inventory items on Credit Memos OR if Inventory Items are on the Credit Memo it MUST be created from a Return Authorization.

04/04/2023, 5:16 PMYeah, the SO hasn't been fulfilled so an RMA isn't an option. I'd used non inventory items but it feels like a kludge. Considering creating a Credit Moemo then in Inventory Adjustment to reset the stock.

04/04/2023, 5:22 PMso, bring your inventory item on the CM, set the qty to 0, then override your amount field to whatever the amount should be.
