Hi, is it possible to prevent employees with not enough high role, to see some of the bills? For example, the Project Manager could see his own bills, but not the bills that CEO has created.

You could consider restrictions on the role (i.e. Class, Department, Location) assuming that the employee is in a different class, department, or location.
