Hi! I want to link a custom segment to revenue recognition that is created from a subscription. Problem: custom segment are not visible on subscription lines, subscription plans or billing accounts -> empty on revenue recognition. Does anyone have a solution/suggestions?

Hi Julia, I've been arguing with NS support about this for over a year now. Tickets closed as "working as intended". They confirmed to me that SuiteBilling will not reliably show a custom segment all the way to revenue recognition. I have successfully mapped it in the past, but the moment any change is made to the subscription line it gets blanked out.

Thank you for answering Catherine! I assumed it would work, but may need to rethink - especially if it can't be trusted.
