we have a Celigo mapping with a Netsuite Saved Search but there is a custom body field on the Saved Search that is not showing up on the map. any suggestions? not sure if this is a right question for the group so apologies in advance

Hi @Amtoj, best to go via Support, but my first suggestion would be to see whether the custom field is appearing in the Export Preview panel. If it’s not there, then it’s related to the saves search itself…

Note that you can manually type in the mapping window (on the left side) and it should still work if the field is actually present in the data. I’d ask that you still file a Support ticket because if the data is in the preview then I think it should be in the mapping, unless e.g. you have a transform in place that removes that field.

@matt.graney thank you - didnt go to support since i found the field missing in the Transform field tab - once i added it there it started showing on the mapping
